Annotation defining the main module´s goalsParticipants will get familiar with the definition of individual factors of work competencies which creates „Home of work accopmlishment“ and similiar effects. They will know the content of mesaurable tool to measure work ability (Work Ability Index), and the usage of the results. Participants will be able to understant the effect of aging in the area of work abilities and will know the measures of on keeping theirs work abilities in regards to individual generations in workplace. Participants will be acquanted with selected managers measures to support change management in the course of life with different generations from the perspective of the employer. They will also learn to set up theirs retirement strategy. |

Expected learning outcomesgraduate of the modul will be able to b) name each factorst of work ability; c) prove knowledge of the tool used to measure work ability its usage and results; d) exhibit the knowledge of effects of aging on individual factors of work ability; e) introduce measures to promote work capacity by individual floors of „Home of work accopmlishment“ from the perspective of employer; f) to provide measures to support change management in different generations from the employer’s point of view; g) prepare a suitable retirement strategy proposal.. |

Way of conclusionIn the course of the lecture, the lecturer will observe the work of the individual participants, on the basis of targeted observation, controlled interviewing (questioning) and the results of the partial tasks decides whether the participant has achieved the desired results or has not achieved them. If the lecturer is not convinced that the participant of all required module outputs has actually reached, he / she will enter a task on which the participant proves / does not
a) factually correct definition of terminology.
b) Naming of individual factors of working ability and explanation of interrelationships. c) Define the content of the tool and how to interpret its results. d) Adequate and accurate description of the effects of aging in individual areas of work ability. e) Introducing at least two options for individual generation job capabilities. f) Introducing at least two managerial measures to support change management across generations. g) A comprehensive and factual definition of a retirement training strategy. |
